Although this Album “Born to Die” has not been praised or commercially that successful, I think this song is beautiful. Not necessarily for its lyrical content, but more so for its style, strings, and unique combinations which create a lovely sound. Lana Del Ray has made a great attempt at debut single with a sultry voice that is captivating.

In this cover of “Loretta” Norah Jones has created a clever, revealing spin on a truly wonderful song. By teaming up with Gillian Welch and David Rawlings, the trio have been able to capture a “note perfect” live rendition of a classic country Townes Van Zandt song. This is a great cover and a great song!
